Refund policy
CAN I RETURN PRODUCTS?
Yes, you can return or exchange products. We believe in all our products. If you are not satisfied with any order you placed through lulahair.co.za, then you may request a refund within 30 days of the purchase date.
If you are unhappy with how our products treat your hair, please discontinue use and return the products to 16 Tambotie Crescent, Durbanville, Cape Town, within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund. The products must be in the original packaging.
CAN I RETURN MARKED DOWN PRODUCTS?
Products marked down as final sale at the time of purchase are nonrefundable.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS A REFUND?
You will receive an email confirming your refund or will be contacted by our Customer Care representatives within 48 hours after we receive your email.
Refunds will be issued to your bank. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process. Please contact your bank or credit card company regarding the status of your refund, as it may take some time before your refund reflects in your bank account. If after 10 business days you still have not received your refund, please contact us at sale@lulahair.co.za.
Customer Service hours are 8am-5pm SAST Monday through Saturday, excluding South African official public holidays, in which case our offices will be closed.
LULA reserves the right to verify any refund requests and request a return of the products you purchased.
